The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program, originally established within the Section 8 program, is a voluntary program designed to assist families in achieving economic independence and self-sufficiency through education and job training.

Idea Program
Successful FSS graduates may be eligible for HUD approved funds. The Housing
Authority will match your final escrow three dollars to every one up to
$10,000.00 if one of your graduating goals is successful homeownership.
